Getting Started

• Fully charge the toothbrush before first use (approximately 6 hours via USB-C). Attach a brush head to the handle, leaving a small gap of about 1mm between the head and the body.

Brushing

• Wet the brush head and apply toothpaste. Place the brush in your mouth before turning it on. Hold the bristles at a 45-degree angle where your teeth meet your gums. Let the sonic vibrations do the work. Gently guide the brush along your teeth without pressing hard.
• The toothbrush will pause briefly every 30 seconds to remind you to move to the next section of your mouth (upper right, upper left, lower right, lower left). After 2 minutes, it turns off automatically.

Choosing a Mode

• Clean is the default mode for everyday plaque removal. White uses an alternating waveform to gently polish and whiten over time. Sensitive is ideal if you have tender gums or you are new to electric toothbrushes. Refresh gives a quick surface polish for a fresh feeling. Gum Care massages the gums to improve circulation.
• Each mode has 5 intensity levels. Start low and work up to find what suits you.

After Brushing

• Turn the toothbrush off before removing it from your mouth to avoid splashing. Rinse the brush head under running water, shake off excess water, and wipe the handle with a soft cloth. Close the charging flap securely to keep water out.

Brush Head Replacement

• Replace your brush head every 2 to 3 months, or sooner if the bristles begin to splay.

First Week Tips

• It is normal to feel mild tingling or slight gum sensitivity during the first 1 to 2 weeks. This is your gums adjusting to the sonic vibration. If it persists beyond two weeks, consult your dentist.
