How to Use

Before You Start

Shave the area you want to treat. Skin should be clean, dry, and free from any creams, oils, or makeup.

If this is your first time, do a patch test first. Choose a small area on the inside of your upper arm, flash once on the lowest setting, and wait 2 hours to check for any reaction.

Getting Started

Plug the adapter into the mains and connect it to the device.

Press (not hold) the power button to turn on. The green indicator light will stop flashing, confirming the device is ready.

Press the power button again to increase the intensity level. There are 5 levels indicated by blue lights. Start at level 1 or 2 for your first few sessions, then increase to 3-5 as your skin adjusts. Higher levels deliver better results.

Treating an Area

Place the flash window flat against your skin. The red indicator light will start flashing, confirming the built-in skin sensor has detected your skin.

Press the flash button. The device will emit a single flash. After each flash, the red light turns off for 1-3 seconds while it recharges, then turns back on when ready.

Move to the next area and repeat. Do not flash the same spot more than twice in a row.

For best results, treat each area 2-3 times per session, covering the full area each time rather than repeating the same spot.

Treatment Schedule

Weeks 1-6: Use once every two weeks
After 6 treatments: Use once every four weeks
Maintenance: If thin hair regrows after completing the cycle, treat the area every 2-3 months

After Treatment

Mild skin redness is normal and will subside quickly. Apply ice water or a cold damp towel to soothe the area if needed.

Wait at least 2 hours before applying lotions, creams, or cosmetics to the treated area.

Moisturise your skin and use sunscreen. Avoid direct sun exposure and UV during the treatment period.

Clean the flash window with a cotton swab and medical alcohol after each use.

To turn off the device, hold the power button for 3 seconds.

Important Notes

IPL works best on dark hair with light to medium skin tones. It is not effective on white, grey, blonde, or red hair.

Do not use on tattoos, moles, or broken skin.

Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have sunburn.

Do not look directly at the flash. Use the included safety goggles if you are sensitive to bright light.

The device is not waterproof. Avoid contact with water.

If the device is left unused for 5 minutes, it will enter standby mode. Press the power button to wake it. Note that the intensity will reset to level 1.
